FUNCTIONS

Take charge in the management and treatment of all admitted patients, OPD as well as emergency ophthalmologic patients.

Participate in the training and preparation of residents for the practice of ophthalmology and to qualify them to take the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology.

Assume the responsibility for the transfer of theoretical and surgical skills as well as the proper implementation of adopted medical procedures in the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmologic cases.

To participate in the different research projects, and outreach and in-house missions conducted by the hospital and the Department of Health for the improvement of medical health services

Services Offered:

Outpatient Consultations: Mondays thru Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5 PM
Subspecialty Consultations and surgeries in fields of:

Cornea and External Diseases (Thursdays 9-11 AM)
Glaucoma (Tuesdays 8-10 AM)
Oculoplastics, Lacrimal & Orbit (Tuesdays 1-4 PM)
Medical Retina (Wednesdays 7-9 AM)
Pediatric Ophthalmology & Adult Strabismus (Thursdays 9-11 AM)
